The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a government funded program that provides tailored support for eligible Australians under the age of 65 who have a permanent and significant disability that impacts their ability to carry out their everyday activities.

 

Independent OT Solutions is registered to provide OT services to NDIS participants.  We have extensive experience working with adults with a variety of disabilities and have assisted many NDIS participants with achieving successful outcomes. 

 

We can assist participants in the areas of Assistive Technology and Home Modifications, completing functional and support needs assessments and providing daily living skills intervention.  We are also experienced at completing housing assessments including SDA and SIL and have a special interest in this area.
