Independent OT Solutions is a mobile therapy practice based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs providing quality Occupational Therapy services for adults in the Disability and Aged Care sectors.
Established in 2018 we have grown to become a small team of highly experienced and respected therapists, with extensive experience and expertise in a variety of specialist areas.
We are AHPRA registered Occupational Therapists who have many years of experience working under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and are experienced in supporting participants with navigating NDIS processes.

NDIS Services
We provide a variety of NDIS Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions for adults with physical, neurological, psychosocial and intellectual disabilities.
Aged Care Assessments
We love working with our older adult clients and are experienced in delivering services in clients’ homes and supported care facilities.
Functional Capacity Assessments
We are highly experienced in completing Functional Capacity Assessments for NDIS participants and this is one of our specialist areas of practice.
Assistive Technology
We provide Assistive Technology Assessments, facilitate and attend trials at your home or showroom with local suppliers and provide AT recommendations.

We work with experienced builders and assist clients with both minor and complex home modifications.
